With the prospect of heavy rain forecasted for the day the guys were not predicting good weights today, but as it turned out it was a very close match. The top three were the usual suspects of Phil Powell, Colin Wedgebrow and Loyd Moss ,who were all a couple of fish off each other. Phil used a combination of feeder and pole down the margins on peg 13 using paste and meat hook baits feeding pellets for a well deserved win with 179-04. In second place was mr consistent Colin who used both feeder and long pole to the bushes to his left, using meat and banded pellet for a very close 172-04. In third place was Lloyd Moss who had drawn luck peg 7 but was plagued by small carp but a late switch to paste fished short boosted his weight
to 154-12.

ETG- Produced the Match Report (Thanks Eddy, Lloyd )
My main target was to beat Bill Galt on peg 30 who was foul hooking fish on pellet and did not notice the skimmers he was sneaking in every now and then to beat me by 5lb well done Bill.
