Following a week of good weather you would have been forgiven to expect the fish to be in tight groups and to have started turning their attentions to something other than eating. The later doesn't seem to be true, but they were certainly in some areas and not in others, as Dave Frame & Loyd Moss found out on pegs 40 and 4 respectively. Incidentally, between them Phil Powell had a good day on Peg 2, well that's fishing.

Once again, C section provided the better weights with Mick Lane, Rolfs Team Gold, running out clear winner on Peg 28. A few fish were taken on Paste but the fish still don't seem to be settled on the spring/early summer winner yet, however, they do usually spawn first - it's just the late warm weather this year that seems to have held everything back.
