Dave Frame became the 2nd match organiser to win his own match in as many weeks. However, this match could not have been closer.

Dave Drew Peg 1 in the corner of the little lake and fished shallow at 12m to take most of his fish that totaled a match winning 205lb. Tony Wynnick pushed Dave all the way with his return of 204lb 4oz. Tony fished at 6m on the deck from the off and took a good number of fish prior to switching to a 14m line shallow that he had been feeding up from the off.

With plenty of good weights elsewhere the lake continues to fish well to both paste over pellet or pellet fished shallow. Luncheon meat is a good alternative hookbait - try larger lumps on the deck and 6mm cubes up in the water.
