Drawn on Summer hot spot Peg 8, Ton up Baits backed angler Gary Thorpe set about posting an unbeatable 155lb with relative ease.

Fishing towards the far bank and feeding 4mm pellet via a pot did the trick for lake expert Gary. This consequently controlled the amount of feeding fish at any one time in the peg and reduced the number of line bites and foul hooked fish.

Kennet Osprey matchman Steve ? Trefsurer (please let me know if that's correct - can't get the staff) took second spot from Peg 4 with a net busting 140lb bag of Carp. Steve fished just 4m out and concentrated on Paste hook baits.

	Skip McCabe Harefield 4th with 89lb.
Colin Wedgbrow Slapheads All the 1's for Colin on Peg 1 - 111lb for 3rd and a decent frame for the Slapheads angler.
Simon Todhunter Harefield A good fish on the way to a good total for Simon.
