REVIEW
Bernie Fraser - Hangs on to Runner's Up Spot?
Elsewhere
Plenty of Ton Plus bags to be had by fishing short on the paste. Expect fish to get bigger as match progresses. Fish tight to any feature for bonus fish - keep a lookout for tails and other signs of fish feeding in the margins for maximum returns.
Steve Liston
(Swindon)
185lb 5oz Peg 18
Swindon backed matchman Steve Liston is very quickly building a number of match wins at Rolfslake and has established himself by winning on all methods whilst returning a string of double tons in the process. Today was no exception, and the Golden Peg 18 he drew was a 'Double' bonus.
Fishing mostly at 14m and spaying pellet, Steve took fish to double figures in a net busting 237lb. Steve fed 4mm pellet and mostly fished with 8mm hook baits.
Bernie Fraser
Ton Up Baits
Peg 37 218lb 4oz
Bernie fished at 14m on sprayed pellet but couldn't believe the amount of fish in the margins on his right and left. However, with fish feeding well in front of him, Bernie concentrated on the line in front and took a fine double Ton for second place and a well earned frame.

Stan Robak
Ton Up Baits
Getting his Red Hydro Elastic pulled at Rolfslake in the Saturday Open.
I Don't know why we post so many pictures of Stan - he doesn't even have a PC!
Still, such a photogenic character we couldn't resist.
Mick Lane
Swindon
Peg 14 today for Mick for 3rd with 169lb.
.
Darren Walters
Masterline
First outing at Rolfslake produced a fine 142lb for Darren on Peg 7.
Gary Acock
Banbury Castaways
Plenty of fish for Gary, but not enough to make the top 10.
Andy Buckley
Taking his time with a good Carp.
Colin Storey
Ton Up Baits
127lb from Peg 9 and smiles all the way as usual from the popular Ton Up Baits Matchman.
Did
you fish this match and I've missed out (or messed up!) some of the details?
