REVIEW

Too Many fish in Corner Peg !!

Winner Colin Wedgebrow at Peg 34

Colin Wedgebrow (Slapheads) found too many feeding fish tight to the bank at Peg 34 and resorted to fishing just 2m infront of his own platform for a winning weight of 203lb.

After a number of foul hooked fish in the corner Colin introducted free offerings much shorter and soon found plenty of good fish in this summer hotspot.

Robin Flowers (Maidenhead Baits) pushed Colin all the way with a net bulging 201lb 12oz from Peg 4 as once again the shallow lake produced a brace of 200lb plus bags.

Elsewhere - Carp continue to concentrate on Spawning and patrol in good numbers. Noted hotpegs still producing good weights but heavy feeding the key to topping the 'Ton.'
